TRX Suspension Training is done using a TRX Suspension Trainer with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
Because of its demands on the core, Suspension Training essentially turns every movement into a total-body one, reducing the chance of injury. Because of increased muscular demand, Suspension Training increases caloric demand making it an effective tool for weight loss.
Trainer Rob Goodwin was the first in the Hickory Unifour area to use TRX on his clients and in a group setting. FullSpeed is one of the only facilities offering group and individual classes using the TRX. No one knows TRX like we do. Except no imitations!
